Cargo Sous Terrain achieves milestone with foundation of joint stock company
Today, the Cargo Sous Terrain (CST) promotion association was converted into a joint-stock company. The current members of the association become shareholders, including all main supporters of the association. The majority shareholders now form the Board of Directors of CST AG, which takes over all the activities of the Sponsoring Association. The establishment as a joint stock company is another milestone on the way to the realization of this Swiss century project.
